REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Bubber Shop LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. RETURNS
* You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
* To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
* Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our support team at support@bubbershop.com with your Order Number and reason for return.
2. Our customer service team will inspect your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with instructions on where to send your package.
3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. REFUNDS
* Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
* We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
* If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 3–5 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
4. EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
5. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at support@bubbershop.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
6. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
* You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
* Shipping costs are non-refundable.
